VAIPL is excited to invite you to register for the annual Day for All People event. Join us right here in Richmond, VA, let your voice be heard, and make a difference!
On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, VAIPL will partner with VICPP to host Day for All People 2025. The day will include workshops, in-person meetings with legislators at the General Assembly building, plenaries, and multiple opportunities for you to network with other advocates from across the state.
The Day at a Glance
7:30 AM - Event check-in [A continental breakfast will be available]
8:30 AM - Opening Session (in the Sanctuary)
10:00 AM - Meetings with State Senators
10:45 AM - Meetings with Delegates
11:30 AM - Lunch people will have an opportunity to gather with others from their area.
12:30 AM - Workshops I & II
3:00 PM - Closing and Dismissal
Virtual Option:
Not able to attend in person, a virtual option to join the plenary session(s) is available. The virtual option does not include legislative visits or workshops.
Regional Transportation:
We have arranged free transportation from Hampton Roads, Northern Virginia, and the Shenandoah Valley region of the state. With the completion of the event registration, you will be able to register for transportation.
Overnight Accommodations:
Don't allow rush-hour traffic to keep you away. Call ahead to reserve a room at one of the hotels listed below and travel the day before. The provided hotels are within walking distance of the General Assembly building.

The event fee will increase to $40 per person beginning January 1, 2025.
