Walking Meditation to Open the General Assembly Session

Join Virginia Interfaith Power & Light for a walking meditation to kick off the General Assembly. We all know the General Assembly Session can be a stressful time of year so join us for a walking meditation from the Buddhist Zen tradition. We will be led by the Richmond Zen priest and lead meditation instructor, Eden Kevin Heffernan. We hope you can join us to kick off the 2022 General Assembly in a mindful and restorative way.
